#Lauren'sLadies

Before you jump to conclusions, know that I am [not-so-secretly] a nerd and, indeed, I do have a geeky-side.

This week was just as unique as the ones before it.
As I continue my focused care clinical rotations, I fall more and more in love with what I am about to be doing as a career. Every day is a new adventure. As I step closer and closer to the end of this chapter in my life, I become more stressed and more motivated to continue on chasing my dreams and my goals while making new goals.
The glass is neither half empty nor half full. It is full of opportunities, whether that be air or water or whatever else you stick in your cup.

With every passing day, not only am I one step closer to achieving personal goals, but also am I one step closer to the celebration of a lifetime for a dear friend of mine.
This weekend came and went, but it was no doubt a blast.
#Lauren'sLadies was a successful bachelorette party weekend which included beach time, talk time, game time, eat time, and, last but definitely not least, laser tag time.
Sometimes I get so caught up on the hustle bustle and go-go-go of every day life that I forget just how beautiful and just how fun it can all really be when we just relax to celebrate and cherish the moments with special people in our lives.
So very thankful for this past weekend and the time spent with some wonderful ladies.
You better watch your back, 'cause we got game and guns -- and we comin' for ya.
